We are two childhood friends from the Isle of Bute who opened Eider Bakery in the village of Port Bannatyne in August 2025.

Through our love of wild swimming and eating, we got carried away with the idea of combining them all together on our doorstep with BATHE, BAKE and BREW.

To be able to have a sea swim, heat up in a cosy sauna, fill your belly with some baked goods followed by a warm drink afterwards sounded like an ideal weekend experience. Our idea quickly evolved and by September we were owners of a mobile sauna which brings us to now.
